A member of the London Data family since 2009, Matt heads up the Maintenance team here in the LD offices. Dealing with regular server rounds, network traffic testing and graphing, patch deployment, AV updates and all other critical network elements that need to be spot on, all the time. As one of our consultants he also gets the team involved in all of our bespoke projects, working from the ground up to ensure critical network services and communications are kept clear, secure and reliable from day one.

Terry is London Data’s first line support manager, so when you call us, you will get the skilled assistance of his team. Terry is part of the consultant team who go to clients and solves issues directly on site, both for our full support, complementary support clients, and for disaster recovery.

Carl is heading the research team that use their extensive knowledge to provide state-of-the-art sound solutions to our clients. Carl is part of the consultant team, and he specialises in on-site set-ups and migrations from one software to another. Carl also has in-depth experience with emergency data recovery.

Karen heads the Business Development team that deals with marketing, communication, sales, branding of London Data as well as strategic business development. She is also in charge of partnerships and joint ventures with software houses, specialist solution providers and international technology companies looking for a London-specialised company; we know who to contact, we know the area, we know how London businesses work.

Steve works full-time stationed with a client in North London, NW3, where he provides full day-to-day support on work stations, servers etc. for all the client’s employees. London Data guarantees the client full coverage and sends replacements when Steve is e.g. on leave. Steve manages servers, updates of programmes, virus threats and general IT, as well as any technology issue that may arise during the day
